Destiny Polson is a leader with Navy Federal Credit Union, bringing more than 25 years of leadership experience in financial services, business development, and community engagement. She is passionate about developing high-performing teams, cultivating strategic partnerships, and connecting individuals and organizations to create meaningful impact.
As the spouse of a U.S. Navy veteran, Destiny has been an active member of the San Diego Veterans Coalition since 2017, representing Navy Federal Credit Union and fostering collaboration among organizations serving veterans, service members, and their families. She previously served as Co-Champion of the Veterans: Empowered, Successful, and Thriving (VEST) Action Group, advancing volunteerism, personal development, and community engagement initiatives that strengthen the military-connected community.
In her role as Navy Federal Credit Union’s Philanthropic Community Engagement Ambassador, Destiny connects employees with volunteer opportunities and builds partnerships that expand community impact throughout the San Diego region. In recognition of her commitment to collaboration, service, and leadership, she was honored with the San Diego Veterans Coalition’s 2024 Gary Rossio Pinnacle of Excellence Award.
As a member of the San Diego Veterans Coalition Board of Directors, Destiny is committed to advancing the Coalition’s mission by strengthening partnerships, expanding access to resources, and fostering collaboration that empowers veterans, service members, and their families to thrive.
