Mr. Rossio was the local Co-Founder of SDVC and has been SDVC Chair, Co-Chair, Work Group Champion and/or BOD member since SDVC began in early 2009. As veteran advocates, we in SDVC set a goal to be the national model for collaboration in support of veterans and families. Each day, in my roles, I have attempted to model that behavior. We are a catalyst for improved service delivery through our partners and community during our 8 years of work. We have helped establish a good record of coordination to meet veteran and family service needs by matching those with the finite resource of SDVC and the community. Through PEH Work Group, we have developed and achieved goals in physical and emotional help for veterans and families. As our future resources and collaboration efforts grow, so will our impact.
